- Prescriptions: Order repeat prescriptions via NHS App, online, by phone, or in person. Collect from your nominated pharmacy 3–5 working days after ordering. Medication reviews are routinely scheduled.
- Test Results: Access blood test and investigation results online or by contacting the surgery.
- Sick/Fit Notes: Request via the website or reception.
- Patient Registration: Information on how to join the surgery is available online or at reception.
- Pharmacy Advice: Pharmacists can help with minor illnesses and medication queries. Old medicines should be returned to a pharmacy or the surgery for safe disposal.
- Care Navigation: Reception staff may ask about your symptoms to direct you to the most appropriate care or clinician.
