Each practice included within HASP has a Patient Participation Group (PPG). PPGs are important as they help to strengthen the link between patients and their practices. It gives patients a voice on important surgery matters such as appointments and services as well as opinions on things such as renovations and opening times. PPGs are vital to practices across the country and help provide patient perspective.
Each group meets once a quarter to discuss various issues within their practice and with the PCN and they are varied with ages and backgrounds of our members. Each practice does have a list of those patients that would be interested in attending meetings. If you would like to be added to the list for your surgery please contact their reception team and we will notify you of any spaces on upcoming meetings.
Important business from meetings will also be posted here.
